AIMIS operates on a multi-tenancy architecture[cite: 109]. While multiple institutions reside on the same server, your data is strictly isolated. [cite_start]You are responsible for managing user access levels and internal privileges for your specific tenant[cite: 106, 107].
Every action within the system—including memo reads, financial edits, and payroll adjustments—is recorded in a permanent audit trail[cite: 8, 108]. You agree that these logs serve as a definitive record of activity within your institution.
Access to modules (Payroll, Sales, Production, etc.) is based on your selected subscription tier[cite: 21, 31, 40, 111]. Failure to maintain active billing may result in temporary suspension of access to certain modules or the entire tenant.
